Rev. Anton Campbell, Curate in Charge
There are some wonderful verses in Ecclesiastes 3 that speaks of times and seasons, and something we can all, I am sure, relate to in one way or another. Through all our lives we go through regular change, physically, mentally, spiritually and much more. We are different things, a child, parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, a friend, guide, partner in crime, a shoulder to cry on a much more.
As I discern where the next season of my ministry takes me, I am filled with excitement and very much look forward to coming and spending the next few months at St Johns the Baptist (FPC) getting to know you, and who knows potentially longer after that. As I continue to offer my ministry alongside a full-time secular job, I look forward to joining you in yours and will pray for the Parish of Frenchay and its congregants as I look forward to getting to know. Whilst we all can rest in the knowledge that although life changes, God is a steadfast and sure presence, whether we know it or not!
